Tax Appointments
Choose the time your tax situation deserves.
Scheduling details
All appointments are scheduled in Eastern time (America/New_York).
Book up to 30 days in advance, with at least 24 hours to prepare. A 15-minute buffer is reserved between appointments.
Online time selection is not available yet. Contact Ahmera to arrange your new tax client appointment. A request is not a confirmed booking.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask that you value ours as well.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so we can remain on schedule for other clients.
If you need to reschedule, please use the rescheduling link provided in your appointment confirmation whenever possible.
Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee and/or require a deposit to book future appointments.
